If you were to call DATEV’s German customer support, you’d be able to hear one of our computer voices in certain cases from now on. The TTS voice informs customers about current topics and connects them with a member of staff at the service center if they have further questions. We were able to complete the domain voice for DATEV within three months. Our technologies now handle up to 10,000 calls a day.
DATEV uses our TTS-Designer, an optimization software that can be operated through a web browser, to create and manage their texts. The team-based installation makes it possible for everyone involved to work on the same version and track all changes made by colleagues. Both the voice installation and the TTS-Designer run securely in the Aristech cloud, therefore adhering to German data protection laws.
