The first half of 2024 is already over - it's incredible how quickly time flies when you're busy, committed to your work and chasing one event after the next.
Trade fairs, tenders and new orders have kept us on our toes.
You can look forward to the next few months! In terms of technology development, the main focus for the next six months will be on the deeper integration of generative AI into our solutions. We will also be starting a number of new orders and projects. Voicebot implementations in the insurance, telecommunications and financial sectors are in the pipeline. New TTS voices are in development - always in focus: the revolution in customer service with digital agents! It is clearly visible that companies that handle sensitive data in particular rely on our expertise as software developers and integrators. We are already looking forward to sharing our newly acquired expertise with you at presentations and events over the next six months. And, of course, we will always share the latest news on our social media.
Interesting developments in our research projects kept us busy too. We extended our research project Voluprof, which is developing an interactive mixed-reality format for online teaching. The SLIK project, which focused on making automation more accessible for SMEs, has been completed. Preparations are now underway for the next research project: together with our project partners, we have set ourselves the goal of providing AI automation for customer processing in the skilled trades and tackling their specific challenges.

AI Showroom Insight: We will be providing exciting insights into our voice technology at the end of October - online at the AI Showroom of the Digital Hub Karlsruhe | EDIH-AICS.
The Service Summit in Hamburg is coming up at the end of November - our trade fair team is already looking forward to the exciting exchange on customer service topics. Our Managing Director will also be holding another inspiring masterclass in which she will share her many years of expertise with you. Perhaps it will be the second Speaker Award in a row for Carolin Edler-Mende?
And at the end of the year, things will get really exciting for us: we are moving to our new office in Bahnstadt... More space, more creativity, more developments...
