What an exciting year - 2024 comes to an end

The year 2024 was exciting, intense and full of great milestones for us at Aristech!

The year flew by. We are now very much looking forward to a contemplative and peaceful Christmas and winter time and wish all of you who celebrate a Merry Christmas and, of course, a Happy New Year. Here is a brief look back at all the special moments we experienced together:

💡 Successfully implemented solutions for our customers The centerpiece of our year: countless solutions that we have developed and successfully put into operation for our customers. This enabled us to further advance the AI-supported automation of customer service. More than 15 million calls and messages were processed this year in our Aristech Dialog-Cloud and at our customers' premises by virtual agents. It is a pleasure for us to realize these solutions together with you and to shape the future!

🎤 CCW in Berlin & Service Summit in Hamburg

The CCW in Berlin and the Service Summit in Hamburg were absolute highlights for us! Two events where we were able to dive deep into the future of AI in customer service with our discussion partners. Unforgettable conversations and exciting insights - a great experience!

📣 New voices are being created

In addition to the technical development of our TTS and the TTS server, partly with the help of AI, we recorded a total of four weeks in our Aristech TTS studio over the course of the year. At the same time, existing voices were also updated to the latest versions and developed further.

👩‍🔧Innovative Developments

Of course, we are particularly proud of the immense progress in development we made in 2024

• Our Aristech Dialog-Designer not only got a complete visual makeover, but also very cool new technological features, such as the connection to our NLP-Designer
• The big development highlight is our abc NLP-Suite. This combines all our core components, such as our in-house speech recognition and #TTS, as well as NLU and NLP.

👩‍🔬 Completion of two research projects

We have completed two pioneering research projects:

• SLIK - Together with our consortium partners, we have succeeded in making AI automation technologies more accessible to SMEs.
• Sprachversteher - Here we were able to lay the foundations for achieving the declared project goal together with partner companies: Creating more participation for hearing-impaired people through technological innovation.

📘 A book is being created

Our Voluprof project has taken an exciting turn: The team has started work on a book that will soon present the results and findings of our project. We can't wait to share it with you!

🚀 New research project

But that's not all: an exciting new research project is in the starting blocks. More on this in 2025!

👩‍💻 Girls’ Day

On Girls' Day, we inspired young talents for technology and research. The next generatoin is the future and we are proud to make our contribution.

🎤 Webinars & keynotes: Sharing knowledge, shaping the future

In 2024, we also shared a lot of our knowlege - whether in webinard wieth partners such as ADAC or in captivating keynotes at industry events. The discussions were inspiring and full of visions!

🌐 Launch of rhein-neckar.io: Innovative together

We are proud to be a part of rhein-neckar.io - a network that strengthens the power of innovation in our region. Netowrking and collaboration are the focus her and we are happy to form the future!

🧳 New office, new possibilities

The end of the year helf another highlight: The move into our new office premises! More room for creativity, workshops, and inspiring conversations. We are ready for everything to come!

🤝 New team members - Reinforcement for the future

Last but definitely not least: We are growing continuously and welcomed many new team members that are shaping the future with us. It is a joy to grow together and achieve great things.
