We held our Aristech Voice Solutions Day for the first time at the end of last year. We created this webinar day to be able to share our enthusiasm for our first-class state-of-the-art solutions with you.
A day full of highlights lies behind us. Together, our CEO Carolin Edler-Mende and CTO Michael Mende enthusiastically presented our latest solutions, using demonstrations and case studies.
Over the course of the day, we were able to ask the questions,
- how to optimally automate customer interaction processes using voicebots
- how you can deal with the growing flood of multi-channel inquiries
- how you can automatically evaluate and improve the quality of your calls
- and how machine learning revolutionizes TTS and speech recognition
...and answer them.
On the subject of digitalization and automation in service, we presented our business pillars in five remote sessions:

- Speech Recognition (STT)
- E-mail Analysis
- Quality Monitoring
- Voicebots
We were particularly pleased with the interest in our two newer Customer Interaction Analytics "solution packages", Quality Monitoring and Email Analysis. Both uniquely combine our technologies.
It is great to see that not only we as innovation drivers are interested in a future-oriented further development of our technologies, but also that you, who participated in our Solution Day, are looking into the future of speech technology together with us.
We are very pleased to have seen so many of our long-standing customers, but also many new names in the lists of participants. Many joined us throughout the day and were thrilled by all five solutions.
